Haven't tried any of these.
EASY FUDGE(4 Kinds)
FOR MAPLE:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
dash of salt
FOR VANILLA:
2 cups white sugar
1 cup milk
dash of salt
FOR PEANUT BUTTER:
2 cups white sugar
1 cup milk
dash of salt
FOR CHOCOLATE:
2 cups white sugar
1 cup milk
dash of salt
3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
MAPLE:
Boil sugar, milk and salt for 10 minutes. After complete boil starts, while still boiling, add 2 tablespoons butter or margarine. When butter is melted, remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon maple flavoring. Stir for approximately 7 minutes and pour into buttered pan. Cool and cut.
PEANUT BUTTER:
Same directions as maple except delete maple and add 3/4 cup peanut butter at that point.
VANILLA:
Same as peanut butter except delete peanut butter and replace with 1 teaspoon vanilla.
CHOCOLATE:
Same as vanilla, adding butter and cocoa powder before 7 minutes stirring.
