Recipe: Roaster Oven Cheesecake and Baking in a Roaster Oven - Temperature and Time Table
Recipe CollectionsROASTER OVEN CHEESECAKE
butter (for greasing pan)
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs or crushed vanilla wafers
5 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, room temperature
1 1/4 cups sugar
4 eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Remove rack. Pour 3 quarts hot tap water into insert pan. Cover and preheat to 325 degrees F.
Generously butter bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over bottom of pan.
In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat. Add eggs beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and lemon. Pour into prepared springform pan. Cover springform pan with aluminum foil. (This prevents condensation in roaster from dripping onto cake.) Place pan on rack and place in roaster.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Carefully remove and refrigerate to cool thoroughly before serving.

Hi Karen,
I don't know if the recipe above is from the GE Roaster Oven manual. The manual that I saw didn't have a cheesecake recipe but did include the time and temp for baking a cheesecake in it. So, if you don't find the exact recipe I would just try a recipe that you like in it using the chart.
Happy Baking!
