Ariel, I have found 3 recipes that might be close to what you are looking for: Hope this helpsJELLO SALAD

1 pkg. lemon, orange or lime Jello (3oz)
2 sliced bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple (save juice)
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
Grated cheese
2 cup hot water
8 cut up large marshmallows
1 cup liquid (juice & water)
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
2 cup Cool Whip

Dissolve the Jello in the 2 cups hot water, let set till syrupy. Add the bananas, pineapple and marshmallow. Let set until firm.
Topping: Cook the 1 cup of juice & water with sugar, flour, egg, and butter till thick. Cool and add 1 cup Cool Whip. Pour over set Jello. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
ORANGE FRUIT SALAD
2 pkgs. orange jello (3 oz ea)
2 cups hot water
1 cup juice (from pineapple and apricots)
1 lg can crushed pineapple
1 large can peeled apricots, cut up
1 small pkg marshmallows cut up (or use miniature)

Dissolve jello in hot water and add the juice. Chill just until it starts to set. Then add the fruit and marshmallows and chill until firm.

TOPPING:
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup juice (from pineapple & apricots)

Cooking all topping ingredients until thick, stirring constantly.

Blend in: 1/2 pint whipped cream. Spread on top of jello and top with shredded cheddar cheese.SUNRISE SALAD

1 can (13.5 oz) crushed pineapple
1 pkg. lemon jello (6 oz)
2 cups boiling water
3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 (4oz) container, Cool Whip

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Dissolve jello in water in a 9x13" dish. Add cold water to reserved juice to equal 1 cup. Add jello. Chill until slightly thickened. Add pineapple, cheese and whipped topping. Stir well to blend. Refrigerate until set. Serves 16
