Recipe: Salsa recipes for canning

Only recipes from a reliable source should be for canning. The ph level is very critical in salsa recipes to prevent botulism.
Adding dry seasoning would not be considered safe since they contain starches. No thickeners or starches may be safely added to salsas before canning.
You could make the salsa and freeze it.
I do not have a recipe with taco seasoning in it.
