Recipe: Sapporo's Double Pan-fried Noodles With Sweet Soy Wokked Beef and Asian Vegetables

DOUBLE PAN-FRIED NOODLES WITH SWEET SOY WOKKED BEEF AND ASIAN VEGETABLES (NOT PF Chang's)

8 oz. filet mignon, thinly sliced
4 oz. choy sum, chopped
2 oz. onion, chopped
4 oz. scallions, sliced
2 oz. mushrooms, sliced
2 oz. zucchini, sliced
2 oz. carrots, sliced
8 oz. noodles, steamed until cooked
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 Tbsp. ginger, grated
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce

In a saucepan, combine oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, 2 oz. scallions and soy sauce; simmer 5 minutes or until thick.

In a nonstick pan, lay noodles flat; heat until brown on both sides. In a hot saut pan, saut beef and vegetables. Top noodles with beef, vegetables and sauce.
