Recipe(tried): Sausage and Peppers Rustica (like Olive Garden)

My roommate was able to simulate this dish from the Olive Garden recipe called Sausage and Peppers Rustica.

1 red bell pepper, coarsley chopped
1 orange pepper, coarsley chopped
1 yellow pepper, coarsley chopped
1 lbs. hot Italian pork sausage or hot Italian sausage links, cooked
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. Italian seasonings
red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
1 jar of spaghetti sauce (your choice)
1 pkg of ziti noodles (cooked)

Cook noodles as directed on package, set aside. Fry sausage into large chucks, set aside. Coarsly chop peppers and saute in oil until soft, but not squishy. Add sausage, sauce, seasonings, and sauce to the peppers and simmer. Before serving mix in mozerella cheese and serve.

Seasonings can be to taste, and the sausage can be of desired hotness, but at Olive Garden this dish is medium on a hotness scale.
