Makes 1 cup of mix

There are so many stuffings besides cheez whiz. Stuffing stalks before cutting speeds up the process. Chill. To serve, cut in short square sections, or on the diagonal.

Shrimp Stuffing
4 oz broken shrimp, drained
4 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp finely chopped pimiento
1 tbsp finely chopped nuts
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp onion salt

Mix together well. Stuff stalks. Just excellent.
