Recipe(tried): Chicken Grilled Steak

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
CHICKEN GRILLED STEAK

2 lean beef steaks (boneless)
Plastic wrap
Meat hammer
Seasoning salt (or your choice of seasoning)

Cover steak with plastic wrap and pound it until a little thin. Sprinkle with seasoning salt or other seasoning.

Cook on hot grill until done.
