Shrimps with Fragrant Cheese in Omelette
Saute the pealed shrimps with finely chopped garlic in extra virgin Italian olive oil. Set aside to cool down, then mix them with first quality cream cheese and season the mixture very carefully with freshly ground white pepper, freshly ground nutmeg, finely chopped fresh dill and fresh lemon juice. Prepare thin omelets in the wide baking dish in the oven fill them with fragrant filling and fold two times in the shape of triangle.
