Hawaiian Chicken

We served this at our luau and it smells and tastes HEAVENLY.
2 pounds broiler-fryer pieces
Salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. honey
1 can (8 1/4 ounces) sliced pineapple
1/3 cup Heinz 57 sauce
Place chicken in baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2). Season with salt and pepper. Bake in 400 degree oven, 30 minutes. Meanwhile, drain pineapple; reserve 2 T. liquid. Combine reserved liquid, 57 Sauce and honey, and pour over chicken. Bake an additional 25 minutes, basting occasionally. Arrange pineapple over chicken; bake 10 minutes longer. Drain excess fat from sauce. Spoon sauce over chicken.
