Recipe: Sloppy Slow Cooker Meatloaf (using stuffing mix) (crock pot)
Main Dishes - Beef and Other MeatsSLOPPY SLOW COOKER MEATLOAF
2 pounds ground beef
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of onion soup, undiluted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup stuffing mix
1/2 cup ketchup, divided use
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced jalapeno
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker except for 2 tablespoons ketchup. Mix well. Top with remaining ketchup.
Cover and cook on HIGH 8 to 10 hours.
