Recipe(tried): Smoked Oyster and Cheese Spread (Easy!)

Another yummy family recipe. Not sure where it came from but it sure is good!

SMOKED OYSTER & CHEESE SPREAD

1 small pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small tin smoked oysters, chopped
1 Tbs. mayonnaise
1 Tbs. sherry or milk
1 tsp. onion juice
1/2 tsp. paprika
finely minced chives

Mix the cheese, oysters, mayonnaise, sherry, onion juice and paprika together. Pile into serving bowl. Chill. Serve sprinkled with chives.

Good with almost any cracker and also slices of baguette bread. (long thin french crusty bread loaf) Great for a buffet table.
