Recipe: Snack Mix (with peanut butter topping)

Hi Gail,

I haven't made this recipe, but it looks like with the addition of the Ritz Bits and peanuts you'll have something similar to what you're describing:

Snack Mix with Peanut Butter Topping

1/4 cup margarine
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 cups Wheat Chex
2 cups Rice Chex
2 cups pretzels
2 cups M & M's

Melt margarine, peanut butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Add to chex. Mix thoroughly until evenly coated. Spread into jelly roll pan. Bake at 300 degrees 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Add pretzels and M & M's.
