Recipe(tried): Southwestern Style Meatloaf - Flavorful Meatloaf

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
I made this tonight and my husband loved it.
Thought I would share it.

Flavorful Meatloaf

2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 (15 oz) can corn, drained
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 c. prepared BBQ sauce (I used Bulleseye Bold)
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Salsa (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients,except the salsa,in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Shape misture like a loaf and place into a greased(with Pam)loaf baking pan. Bake 1 to 1/2 hours, until meat thermomemeter shows 160 degrees.

Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Cut into 1 inch thick slices. Serve with salsa if desired.
