SPAGHETTI CHICKEN CAESAR PASTA SALAD
1 (16 oz.) box uncooked multi-grain spaghetti
1 boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cooked and diced
1/2 cup Roma or vine-ripened tomato, cut in small wedges.
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 1/2 cups creamy Caesar salad dressing
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup toasted croutons
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Cool, then drain.
Place spaghetti in bowl. Mix in tomato and green onion. Add dressing. Mix thoroughly. Top salad with parmesan cheese. Chill.
Sprinkle with croutons just before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
