SPAGHETTI WITH GARLIC AND OIL
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup snipped parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1 dash pepper
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
3 tbsp olive oil
6 oz hot cooked spaghetti
In small saucepan or skillet, cook garlic in olive oil till golden brown.
Stir in parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper, if used. Heat and stir for 3 minutes.
Toss garlic mixture with spaghetti, or other pasta until coated. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 side-dish servings.
