Recipe(tried): Spam and noodles "romanoff"

Misc.

Here's another Spam recipe, but you do need some fresh ingredients (sour cream,
cottage cheese). It's handy though. At least the dried noodles and Spam are
good emergency supply cupboard items:

Spam and Noodles Romanoff

Yield: 4

1 c cottage cheese
1 c sour cream
2 c drained cooked noodles
1 cn Spam, or ham or any other
cooked meat, cubed
Seasonings to taste:
minced onion
garlic
Worchestershire sauce
Tabasco
salt
Optional: Parmesan cheese
for topping

Mix together all ingredients and bake in a greased casserole at
350 for about 40 minutes.

Optionally, top with grated cheese, preferably Parmesan.
