ISO: canned corned beef or spam recipes

Looking for quick fix recipes that use canned corn beef or spam. We live out in
the country and our local grocery store closes at 5. I'm looking for recipes I
can fix when I didn't make it to the store and I have to use what I've got in
the pantry, and I always seem to have a can of these. Usually I just use them
for sandwiches and we're tired of that. Does anybody have any good tried and
true recipes for these? Thanks, I really appreciate it.
