Recipe: Special Scrambled Eggs and Sausage (Tennessee Ernie Ford Show, 1950-60's)
Breakfast and BrunchSPECIAL SCRAMBLED EGGS AND SAUSAGE
1 package Swift's Premium Brown 'N Serve Sausage
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
Brown sausages, onion, and green pepper in skillet.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to skillet. Stir frequently to cook all of egg mixture. Serve hot.
Makes 4 servings
