They were good but sweet (to me), the kids loved them and want them again. They're kinda a mix between a bar and a cookie. Keep your eye on them, mine cooked faster than the recipe said to cook them (the top will start turning light golden brown as they're done. the peanut butter/ marshmallow cream doesn't spread easily without tearing up the crust, I sprayed my hands with cooking spray and squashed the topping- this worked great. Mine grew a rim around the outside, if I were going to put them on a cookie plate for a gathering I would trim it off (my advice is trim it off and eat it before someone sees you!)otherwise serve it to the family with rim intact.
