Recipe: spice catalogues containing pepperoni

Misc.
I have used a search engine and found three promising web sites for catalogues. These catalogues are for folks who make their own sausages and such (especially using game meat). I called the 800 numbers and received one catalogue in a matter of days. I have not yet read it, but it does look promising. I've also glanced at some recipes - they mention using ground meat (even turkey), then baking the formed roll. The phrase I used on the search engines was "pepperoni spices". The one catalogue I got today was for Spice 'n Slice.

Good luck
