SPICED ZUCCHINI BREAD
Place ingredients in bread machine. (Use cake, quick bread or batter bread setting.)
3 large eggs, beaten lightly
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. orange peel
WHEN BEEP SOUNDS ADD:
1 cup shredded zucchini
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
