Recipe(tried): Welbilt 100% Whole Wheat Bread (1 1/2 lb loaf)

Breads - Bread Machine
WELBILT 100% WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

For one 1 1/2 lb loaf:
1 cup water
1 teaspoon oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon active dry yeast (or 2 1/4 teaspoons quick-rise or bread machine yeast)

Place ingredients in machine in the order listed.

Use Whole Wheat cycle.

Hi Susan,

If you let me know your model number I may have a manual for it that I can send you. By the way, a 1 1/2 lb machine can bake either 1 lb or 1 1/2 lb loaves.
