Recipe(tried): Spinach Dip (using Knorr vegetable soup mix)

Stacy, Here is one that I serve when I have company and I have gotten many complements on it!

SPINACH DIP

1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 small onion, minced
1 envelope Knorr vegetable dry soup mix

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Good with rye bread or chips.
