Good morning. Sherri, I do know that the WHITE CASTLE HAMBURGER was made by steaming many years ago when I was a boy in NYC. Go to "COPY CATS" Scroll down part ways & enter #150 there is a recipe for it. I think this is what your husband was referring to.
