Recipe(tried): Sticky Buns

Misc.

1 pkg. yeast
1 cup warm water
I tried these this morning. They were great and so easy!
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbls. softened butter
1 egg, room temp
3 1/2- 3 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbls. light corn syrup
2/3 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, butter and egg, mix well. Stir in flour. Place in a greased bowl. Refridgerate, covered overnight. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and pecans in a bowl. Pour into a greased 13"x9" pan. Roll dough out into a 15"x 9" rectangle. Spread with softened butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Roll as for jelly roll. Cut into 9, 1 inch slices. Place on top of nut mixture in pan. Cover with a damp towel and let rise in a warm place 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
