Recipe: Stovetop Tuna Casserole (using rigatoni and cheddar cheese soup)

1 pound uncooked rigatoni
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
2 cans (12 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 (6 ounce) package potato chips, crushed
In a soup pot, cook pasta according to package directions; drain and return to the pot.
Add undiluted soup, tuna, milk and pepper; mix well. Cook over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes, until heated through.
Sprinkle the crushed potato chips on top.
Makes 6-8 servings
