Recipe: Strawberry Freezer Jam (using Jello)

Preserving - Jams, Jellies
STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM

10 cups strawberry
3 1/2 cups sugar
1 large (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

Mash strawberries and combine sugar. Let stand 1 hour.

Heat over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Heat to boiling and simmer 10 minutes.

Remove from heat. Add Jello.

Pour into sterilized jars. Cool. Then freeze.
