Recipe(tried): Stuffed Mushrooms

STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Prepare Stove Top Stuffing as instructions on the box, prepare large or med. size mushrooms, remove stem and chop add to cooled stuffing; add more onion or garlic if you wish,i sometimes add chopped pecans. Fill each mushroom with stuffing, mozz. cheese can be added to top, put under broiler until cheese melts. Delicious, we enjoy these while watching our OTTAWA SENATORS play Hockey. ENJOY
