2 cups Plain yogurt
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Combine all ingredients until smooth; refrigerate only. Do not freeze!
