Recipe(tried): Stuffing

Misc.

I used this to stuff pork chops last week. It's going in my "it's a keeper file". Add browned sausage . . . it might be what you're looking for.

This is supposed to fill 6 pork chops. I like stuffing; I found it filled 2.

Enjoy!

1 cup croutons
1/2 cup peeled, seeded, small diced apple
1/2 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons seedless golden raisins
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon aground cinnamon
2 tablespoons strained fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons melted unsalted butterCombine dry ingredients; mix well. Add orange juice and butter. Mix well.
