Recipe: Sunflower Bread (bread machine)

Here is one that might work. It's for ABM.

Sunflower Bread

(1 pound loaf)
3 Tbsp. Bran
1/4 c. milk
3/8 c. water
1 egg
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. applesauce
3 Tbsp. honey
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
2 tsp. yeast

Place in bread pan, place pan in machine, and start.

note: I might leave the sunflower seeds out until the second knead cycle.
