Recipe: Superb Sour Cream-Cucumbers

SUPERB SOUR CREAM-CUCUMBERS

1/3 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon onion, finely minced
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
salt, to taste
1 teaspoon dillseed (or dillweed to taste)

Place the sour cream, onion and vinegar in a mixing bowl and mix well. Season the cucumber with salt and dillseed, then add the sour cream mixture. Toss until cucumber is coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve on lettuce.
