Recipe(tried): Scalloped Potatoes - My Mom Made them the same - so did Grandma

My Grandma and Mom made scalloped potatoes the same way, only they never stirred them. She'd layer potatoes, onion, ham, sprinkle with flour, salt & pepper. When the dish was full, she'd add the milk, same way, almost to the top. I still love these, wish my hubby did...
