Recipe: Sweet Rice Cake with Red Bean Paste (13x9-inch cake, Chinese)

SWEET RICE CAKE WITH RED BEAN PASTE

1 pound glutinous rice flour
3 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 (16-18 oz) can red bean paste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Oil and flour a 9-by-13-inch pan.

Combine all ingredients together except red bean paste. Pour into prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of red bean paste on top of the mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 50 minutes.

Makes 1 (13x9-inch) cake
