Recipe(tried): Thanks & Meat Marinade Recipe

Thank you so much everyone for offering such great suggestions for our barbeque! I'm thrilled!
I wanted to offer up a recipe for some meat marinade that my Korean neighbor taught me.
Meat Marinade
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce (available at Oriental supermarkets, but I use teriyaki sauce since it's similar)
1 Tbs. sesame oil
1/2 Tbs. black pepper
1 tsp. crushed garlic

Mix together and coat meat with marinade; let sit for at least one hour and up to 2 days in the fridge. Bake, broil, or grill. The meat she used was some special kind of short ribs from the Korean market, but I've used it on other types of meat and it's great!
