Recipe: Pepper Vinaigrette

Salads - Salad Dressings
PEPPER VINAIGRETTE

2 tablespoons minced red or yellow bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk until well blended.

Makes about 1/3 cup
