Three Cheese Casserole

12 oz. Cottage Cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
4 oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled
8 oz. Small Sea Shell Macaroni noodles
2 oz. Sliced Pimientos
2- 5 oz. cans White Chicken
2- 5 oz. cans Tuna in Spring Water
1/2 can Campbell's Cream of Broccoli, with 1/2 can of water added
2.5 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 Celery Stalks, finely chopped
5-6 Green Onions, thinly sliced
1/2 lb. Sour Cream
Progresso Bread Crumbs
Salt and Pepper
Chop the celery and green onion, and put in a large mixing bowl. Add the pimientos, feta cheese, cottage cheese, 4oz. of the mozzarella cheese, 1/2 can of watered down cream of broccoli soup, mushrooms, Sour Cream and salt
and pepper to taste. When adding the White Chicken and Tuna, add the juice in the can too, and crumble the chicken and tuna. Add the cooked Sea Shell Noodles. Mix these ingredients thoroughly, and pour into a 9" X 13" casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining Mozzarella over this, and sprinkle the bread crumbs lightly over the mozzarella. Cover with aluminum foil, bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
