Recipe: Timpano alla Big Night (recipe link)

There is a cookbook by Joan Tropiano Tucci, Gianni Scappin with Mimi Shanley Taft called "Cucina & Famiglia" with a recipe for Timpano which is a casserole made of ziti, meat, cheese and all sorts of layered goodies. Cooks best in earthenware. It's a beautiful cookbook. I don't feel comfortable including the recipe as I'm sure it's copyrighted.
