Recipe(tried): Toaster Oven

Misc.

Hi Kathy,
We had the same decision to make about a year ago. Our daughter suggested we go with a toaster oven, which we did, and love it. I use it almost every morning for toasted bagels, croissants, etc., but I also use it for broiled garlic shrimp, small casseroles (last week I did chicken breasts with spinach in a wine sauce). So you see, it is versatile; glad we bought it. It's a Black and Decker, continous cleaning. I think it was around $40. Good Luck !
One more thing, it's just my husband and I. no kids at home anymore, I think this makes a difference for meals etc. Although when my daughter lived in a dorm, she said they used it like crazy, sooooo.... Again, happing shopping !!!
