Recipe: Tom Mix Hot-Shot Pecans

TOM MIX HOT-SHOT PECANS

4 cups pecan halves
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

In a medium bowl mix the seasonings with the melted butter. Add the pecans and mix well. Spread on a cookie sheet or pan.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes or until brown and the butter is absorbed. Stir often.

Yield 4 cups
