TOMATO ORANGE SALAD
2 oranges, peeled, thinly sliced
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup red wine vinegar fat-free dressing
1/2 cup (2 oz.) mozzarella cheese, finely shredded
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
Arrange oranges and tomatoes in circular pattern on serving plate. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with cheese and basil.
