Turkey Breast and Gravy (using oven bag)

Servings: 4-8

1 Reynolds Oven Bag, large size (14x20-inches)
1 tablespoon flour
2 packages (7/8 oz. each) turkey gravy mix
3/4 cup water
4 to 8 pound bone-in turkey breast, thawed
Salt and pepper
2 medium onions, quartered

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Shake flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

Add gravy mix and water to oven bag. Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour. Sprinkle turkey breast with salt and pepper; place in oven bag. Place onions in oven bag around turkey.

Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top.

Bake until meat thermometer reads 170F, 1 1/4 to 2 hours. For easy slicing, let stand in oven bag 10 minutes. Stir gravy before serving.
