Recipe: Turkey Roasted in an Oven Cooking Bag

Hi Glinda,

Cooking in paper bags isn't recommended. We've been told that paper bags aren't what they used to be. It seems there are chemicals and sometimes pesticides used in the processing of recycled materials used to make the bags now that may transfer into the food. There is also been concern about the glue used for the seams being toxic. If you find the recipe you're looking for using an oven cooking bag is a safe alternative. Here's a recipe for you:
