Recipe: Ultra Quick Pizza Dough

ULTRA QUICK PIZZA DOUGH

A very quick and easy dough, uses yogurt, no yeast recipe.

Mix self raising flour with yogurt (skim milk yogurt or what ever you prefer) to make a kneadable dough. (Quantities vary depending on yogurt used, approximately 1 1/2 cups Self-Rising flour for a large pizza.)

Spread out onto baking sheet and top with any pizza base sauce, and toppings of choice.

Preheat lightly oiled pizza pan in hot oven, transfer pizza to preheated pan and cook in hot oven. This helps keep a crisp bottom.
