Recipe(tried): VALARIE re Veal Marsala

Hi Valarie, This is the recipe I use. Hope it is what you are looking for.

VEAL MARSALA

Marsala Wine 6 Veal Cutlet
1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup flour
pepper to taste 1 stick butter (melted)
1 clove garlic 1/2 Lb. mushrooms, sliced
olive oil 1/4 cup bread crumb

Combine the salt,pepper and garlic (minced) and blend well by shaking in a plastic bag. Place the meat flat in a skillet with melted butter. Partly fry until the flour blends into the meat (both sides) Place the meat in layers in a baking dish. Fry mushrooms in oil, with minced garlic and bread crumbs. Spread mushroom mixture over and around the meat. Pour Marsala Wine around the meat and Mushrooms and marinate for 20 minutes. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6 BUON APPETITO!
