Recipe(tried): Variation on Hashbrown Caserolle

Menus

I don't know if this is what you want, but I make it for my family all the time and they love it. Adjust ingredients to your own liking.

1lb ground beef
1 pkg hash browns
2 lbs fresh mushroom sliced and fried
1 lb marble cheese, shredded
2-3 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can Durkee Fried Onions

Cook the ground beef and mushrooms (seperately). Combine all ingredients, except onions, in a mixing bowl. Reserve some cheese for on top. (do not add water to the soup, it will get too thin when cooking). Spread into a 9x13 inch pan and sprinkle cheese on top. Cook at 350 for 50 - 60 minutes. When there is about 15 minutes left, sprinkle onions on top.

Hope this helps!
