Recipe(tried): Don't know if this is what your looking for but here is one...

1 large pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 large pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
Parmesan cheese

Thaw potatoes and crumble them in a bowl. Mix the potato soup, cheese, and sour cream with the potatoes. Turn into a large casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until brown on top.
