Recipe(tried): Vegetable Dip

Appetizers and Snacks
Hi:
Today I went to my son's school for a end-of-the year party. I was requested to bring the vegetable and dip. I have used the same dip recipe for the past five years. It took me many years to find a recipe that did not have any mayo. My son is always in charge of making this simple dip. I had four parents request the recipe at the party. Here it is:

Vegetable Dip

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup sour cream
1 10 oz frozen spinach, drained and squeezed of liquid
1 pkg of Lipton vegetable soup mix (It is in a blue box)
Mix all ingred. I always make this one day ahead so everything blends. Serve with assorted vegetable for dipping
