Recipe: Frozen Gelatin Pops

FROZEN GELATIN POPS

1 cup boiling water
1 package (four-serving size) Jell-O brand cherry flavor gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups cold water
7 pop molds or paper or plastic cups
7 wooden pop sticks

Stir boiling water into combined dry gelatin mix and sugar in medium bowl at least two minutes, until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water.

Pour evenly into pop molds. Freeze two hours or until almost firm.

Insert pop stick into each mold for handle. Freeze eight hours or overnight until firm.

Press firmly onto bottom of mold to release pop. Store leftover pops in freezer.
